Why is it so slow to download color news clips and why can’t I open the color news clip file even though my computer has met the minimum technical requirements?
If it takes too long to download a color news clip, one of the reasons may be that your internet connection speed is too low. Recommended Internet connection speed is at least 64 Kbps. If you cannot increase the speed, you may choose to download black & white news clips, as the file size is smaller. For further information,
see How to Use.

If you cannot view the colored news clips, you may not have the Acrobat Reader installed in your computer or the Acrobat version you have may be out-of-date. You can download the latest version of Acrobat Reader here.
